We believe in providing quality pediatric care at an affordable rate to anyone who uses our service, so Telemedicine visits is now available to anyone in the state of Florida, with and without insurance.
We accept most insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. We also accept most Medicaid plans. As you enter the visit, simply upload a photo of your insurance card, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you select insurance, your responsibility will range from $0 – $75, depending on your plan.

If you would prefer to pay for your Telemedicine visit without insurance, we also offer a self-pay option which is a flat rate fee of $75. We provide a safe and secure payment process to allow you to quickly pay for your visit directly from your device, whether that be a computer, smart phone, or tablet.
We have a simple and transparent billing process, so our self-pay rate will never exceed $75.

How Does it Work?
Simply, step into our Telemedicine urgent waiting room for an on-demand visit, or schedule an appointment for a time that works for you. You can visit with our team via iPhone/iPad, or Android device. There are no downloads or registrations needed.
- Patients are able to speak with one of our pediatricians over live video.
- Our pediatrician will discuss the symptoms with you and your child. They can diagnose the issue and provide you with the next steps.
- Depending on the diagnosis, a doctor may be able to write a prescription for needed medication and have it sent directly to your local pharmacy.
- As an added benefit, a visit summary is sent directly to your primary care physician afterwards.
